Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging

 

Customers must contact us before sending any return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution.

 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
